Organising the Music Ministry of the Church, Making arrangement for the leading worship regularly and on special occasions, providing musical education to all choristers.
Assesses the growth and improvement of the church choir by taking learning history, including development abilities.
Evaluates changes of progress in the Music Ministry of the Church.
Implements all the policies of the Music Ministry approved by the Church Management Board.
To provide expert advice and guidance to the Church Management Board on all aspect of Music Ministry.
Ensure there are effective structure, discipline and accountability for development and operation in Music Ministry and Monitor the usage of the Church Musical instruments.
The candidate must be familiar with African hymns.
