An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Practitioner within The Childrens Community Learning Disability and Behaviour Support Service in North Cumbria, who provide a children's learning disability community nursing service along with an Early Intervention Service for Children with a Learning Disability and or Autism (age 2-11 years) who present with Behaviour which may challenge.

The post will work across North Cumbria and will be based in Carlisle.
