Job Purpose:

The main aim of this role is to:
  • Take charge of generating and delivering various project work on customer sites across EMEA
  • Oversee projects from start to finish and on behalf of others when needed

General Activities:
  • Identify project opportunities within a portfolio of maintenance contracts
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and explain the feasibility of their plans, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and sub-contractors to define and document scopes of work
  • Ensure projects align with the project's business case, budget requirements, and profit margins
  • Manage tenders and analyze sub-contractor returns
  • Adhere to the current CDM process, primarily acting as the principal contractor
  • Identify, mitigate, and handle all statutory and commercial project risks
  • Implement CBRE QHSE practices in each project

Person Specification:

Skills:

Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven Project Management experience
  • Experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment projects
  • Experience in running a P&L and managing teams
  • Experience operating at a senior level (Desirable)

Qualifications:
  • IOSH Managing Safely and/or SMSTS
  • Recognized technical qualification in construction, M&E, or similar field
  • Proficient in Project Management and NEBOSH (Desirable)
