Job Purpose:

The main aim of this role is to:
  • Take charge of generating and delivering various project work on customer sites across EMEA

General Activities:
  • Identify project opportunities within a portfolio of maintenance contracts

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and sub-contractors to define and document scopes of work
  • Ensure projects align with the project's business case, budget requirements, and profit margins
  • Manage tenders and analyze sub-contractor returns

  • Identify, mitigate, and handle all statutory and commercial project risks

Qualifications:
  • IOSH Managing Safely and/or SMSTS
  • Recognized technical qualification in construction, M&E, or similar field
  • Proficient in Project Management and NEBOSH (Desirable)
