This is a leading firm in the Technology & Telecoms sector with an international scope. The company's headquarters are located in Birmingham.
Manage the benefits administration process for employees
Coordinate with HR and Payroll departments to ensure accurate benefits deductions
Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs
Participate in benefits-related training sessions and workshops
Work on special projects as needed
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in HRIS and benefits databases
Strong knowledge of benefits administration
A competitive daily salary within the range of £135 to £170 (inside IR35)
~3 months contract
~ Hybrid (2/3 days in Birmingham)
