Job Description

As a Revenue Growth Manager, you'll be an integral part of our Revenue Growth Management team within the Sales function. Reporting to the Revenue Growth Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in developing JDE's commercial strategies for the next 2-4 years. Your main focus will be on driving profitable revenue and margin growth strategies, encompassing price tiers, pack price architecture, promotion optimization, assortment mix, and trade terms projects.

In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end Revenue Management strategy for a high-value segment in the coffee category, collaborating with various stakeholders across the UK&I commercial business. We're looking for a commercially savvy professional with a strong FMCG background, analytical skills, and a drive to influence business strategies and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to shape and implement RGM strategies.
  • Developing a pipeline of growth opportunities and supporting the 5-year Value Creation Plan.
  • Leading pricing and promotion strategies to drive revenue realization.
  • Becoming an expert in RGM pillars and contributing to team development.
  • Staying externally focused to lead market analysis and competitor insights.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure NPD pipeline aligns with business targets.
  • Coaching and developing team members on RGM principles.

Experience

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 8 years of FMCG commercial experience across various disciplines.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and driving brand growth strategies.
  • Experience in presenting insights to senior management.

Desirables:

  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.
  • Previous experience in commercial finance or FP&A roles.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, especially in presentation and data analysis.
