Demonstrable experience of Project Management, leading and implementing sustained small to large scale, system, process, and organisational change projects.

An ability to be able to communicate effectively, with sponsors, senior stakeholders, end users and technical experts.
Experience in business analysis, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
Experience of CRM, Dynamics, SAP, PowerBI, use of Advanced Finds, and connecting complex data sets is an advantage.
Strong relationship builder, with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and networking skills
