Warehouse Operative/Driver

Reporting to:
Warehouse Manager

Camberley, Surrey

Role Overview:

  • The Warehouse Operative/Driver position is available to service three retail sites, covering all aspects of warehousing and logistics, including delivery receipt, picking and packing of goods, delivering goods to retail units, and performing all necessary housekeeping duties within a bustling warehouse environment.
  • This is a fulltime position from Monday to Friday, 07:30 16:00, for 40 hours per week with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed by the business.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities include:

  • Accurate receipt of inbound deliveries.
  • Ensure received product is accurately and safely stored in predesignated locations within the warehouse.
  • Ensure all QC standards are followed and any issues are reported and rectified.
  • Accurately pick and pack goods for the three retail units.
  • Maintain good stock integrity through cycle counts.
  • Ensure good housekeeping practices are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure all Health and safety and security regulations are adhered to in line with company policy.
  • Drive a delivery vehicle to the three retail units delivering stock replenishment.

What you bring:

  • Valid and clean UK driving license.
  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Reach FLT license is desirable, but not required.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Enjoys teamwork and able to work independently.
  • Eagerness to acquire new skills, allowing success in all aspects of the operation.
  • Demonstrated initiative and proactiveness.
  • Capability to handle pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor and high operational standards.
