Christy Media Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. This role involves working closely with our production department to ensure seamless inventory management and efficient order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and inspect all deliveries, ensuring goods match orders and are accurately recorded in our inventory management system.
  • Communicate with our production team regarding delivery issues or stock discrepancies, and work together to resolve any problems.
  • Regularly update our inventory management system to reflect changes in stock levels and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Pick products from various locations in the warehouse based on daily orders, and ensure timely delivery to our production team.
  • Conduct quality checks on components to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Organize and deliver goods to our production team as needed, and assist with stocktaking and storage organization.
  • Load and unload vehicles and trailers, and assist with receiving and processing shipments.
  • Support our packing systems for dispatch and perform general warehouse duties as required.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with electronic or mechanical components.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic IT skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift moderately heavy items (lifting aids provided).
