Our revenues currently sit at £1.7m in ARR with a strong trajectory to hit £2m this FY.

We're now looking for an experienced SDR/BDR to come help support the sales team by qualifying hundreds of unnurtured prospects and build a team within the year before progressing into management/a closing position.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts.

You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.


Once success has been proven in the role, the successful candidate will have the option to progress into either a Sales Executive or SDR Manager position.

Responsibilities
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Sales Executives and Sales Director
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

Qualifications

At least - 2 years' of outbound sales/lead generation experience
Experience working within hardware/software desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
