ROLE SUMMARY:


We are currently recruiting for a Buying Admin Assistant to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our Brand Success team.

This is a great role to gain experience in the buying industry in a fast paced, fun, growing business.

As Buying Admin Assistant you will work closely with a team of Buyers and own all administrative related tasks for the Brand Success department.

This role is pivotal to the buying team, and the business, ensuring all product details are correct and we remain competitive and appealing.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the buying team ensuring all admin tasks are fulfilled, relevant processes are followed, and appropriate paperwork completed
  • Manage product upload and pricing in our backoffice platform
  • Liaise with brand partners to collect data
  • Build close working relationships with brand partners as well as our small internal team, including the Sales (LuxDeco Pro & E-Design) team
  • Conduct regular and extensive competitor research
  • Deliver accurate information in a timely manner often having to prioritise multiple work streams at once

Your location: Mondays & Wednesdays from our office in Moorgate. For the remaining three days, you'll have a flexible location, so you can work from a place that allows you to do your best work. Some occasional travel to our warehouse in Waltham Abbey may be required

Your hours: 40 hours, Monday
