Shifts:Day Shift, 4 on 4 off, 7.00am to 7.30pm

What you'll be doing


We are looking for AM-bitious individuals who have a passion to support and assist the delivery and maintenance of daily orders from our clients.

All personal protective equipment and training will be provided.

At AM Fresh you will help us run the show, but you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all processes are done in a safe manner
  • Driving production lines to fulfil daily customer orders in the most costeffective way, whilst meeting their specifications
  • Motivating and developing team to achieve and maintain key performance indicators daily providing feedback when required
  • Liaising with quality and technical departments to make sure all customers quality specification are met and maintained
  • Setting up KPI's for the day and be able to relay this information
  • Taking full ownership for role and tasks in hand. Ensuring that team are meeting the business values and role accountabilities
  • Leading a team, ensuring performance and manages / escalates when performance is not to standard
  • Actively taking part in business briefings and delivers shift huddles

  • Knowledge of a foreign language desirable
  • Experience within a food produce environment is highly desirable
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills
  • Be able to work in a KPI driven environment and have experience working to KPI's
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Good PC skills especially excel
  • IOSH qualification desirable
  • Train the trainer desirable
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 desirable
