A residential developer known for building apartment schemes across the London region are looking to appoint a Customer Care Operative to carry out maintenance works including Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting and Tiling for their new build schemes.

As a Customer Care Operative you will report into the Customer Care Manager who will allocate a job sheet for you to attend customers properties to complete the reported tasks.

You will also be required to manage the customers expectations and give set timescales for the work to be completed.

It would be ideal if you have experience in the following trades for this position:

CarpentryPainting and DecoratingGas and PlumbingTilingDue to the nature of the role this would suit applicants who are happy to work in a customer focussed position or worked in a similar customer facing environment.

The department hiring for this role are established and have strong focus on Customer Service with the main focus on ensuring the customer journey is as smooth as possible.

They are paying a competitive basic salary and will provide a company vehicle and tools to carry out your role to high standard of quality.
