Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a finance business partner or similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred. The ideal candidate for this role would possess a blend of technical and commercial accounting experience, along with a strong drive to add commercial value and support continued business growth. This candidate would be adept at navigating complex accounting issues while also providing valuable financial analysis and insights to drive strategic decision-making within the organisation. They would have a solid understanding of accounting principles and standards, coupled with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations. Additionally, they would demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the company's overall success.
