The Tax Refund Company are looking for a self-motivated, target driven individual to assist them in reclaiming overpaid tax for millions of ordinary PAYE tax payers.


  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (Essential)
  • Experience of working in a targeted environment
  • Knowledge or experience of working in a Pay As You Earn tax or payroll environment is an advantage but not essential.

The Role:

Key responsibilities of a Claims Advisor will include:

  • Full responsibility for your own customer base.
  • Dealing with customers over the phone through both outbound and inbound calls.
  • Dealing with HMRC via written communication and over the phone.
  • Meeting productivity targets.
  • Providing a timely, high quality customer service.

Location:

  • Stockport area close to transport links
