As the Head of Creativity at ITG, working with one of our retail/fashion clients, you will lead the creative vision and strategy for the brand. You'll closely cooperate with the client's marketing team to craft compelling and innovative campaigns that enhance the brand's credibility and appeal.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of creative ideas for various campaigns, whether in-store, print, digital, or social media.
  • Transform client briefs and brand guidelines into captivating visual and written elements that match the brand's identity and target audience.
  • Supervise a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors, guiding them to ensure top-notch work that meets client expectations and deadlines.
  • Manage the entire production process, from concept creation to final delivery, guaranteeing consistency and excellence in all project outcomes.
  • Stay updated on fashion and interiors marketing trends and best practices to keep innovating and setting the brand apart in a competitive market.

Prerequisites
