About the Position:
Our customer is a rapidly growing ecommerce company actively seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to become part of their team.
Role Overview
Working under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager, you will help in implementing the digital strategy and its execution across all marketing channels for the UK and International websites. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the global presence and profitability of the brand in the future.
Qualifications
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, developing, and executing all marketing campaigns through digital channels in the UK, US, and international markets.
- Coordinating with the marketing agency regarding strategy, planning, and reporting on PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and retargeting for UK and global campaigns.
- Assessing the performance of paid media campaigns, analyzing their outcomes, pinpointing enhancement opportunities, and optimizing spending efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create highly efficient digital campaign assets for supporting trading activities and market trends.
- Overseeing all 3rd party collaborations and partnerships, from identifying partners to executing personalized digital campaigns.
- Working closely with all internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, at a high standard, and optimized for maximum effectiveness.
- Managing all aspects of paid content copy, from planning and briefing to A/B testing, and providing inputs to the marketing agency.
- Contributing to customer acquisition strategies by exploring and recommending new possibilities across all regions.
- Guiding the Digital Marketing Assistant, showcasing best digital practices, and actively engaging in mentoring junior team members.
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, emphasizing key performance metrics, offering analysis against KPIs and corporate objectives, and suggesting innovative enhancements to enhance activities.
The Right Candidate:
You should have a solid grasp of ALL digital marketing channels - Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates, and SEO.
- Experience in campaign supervision, capable of producing high-value activities that yield ROIs and meet brand KPIs.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, skilled in establishing robust working relationships.
- Possesses an enthusiastic, proactive demeanor, always striving for success, and dedicated to achieving and propelling results.
- Experience in campaign management, capable of developing high-value activities that generate ROIs and meet brand KPIs.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end consumer journeys and the functions of diverse channels in fully integrated campaigns.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize efficiently while meeting everyday demands.
