We are looking for a passionate
and guest focused Evening Public Area Attendant to join our incredible Housekeeping
team at Pan Pacific London.

You show confidence, empathy and
professionalism when dealing with guests and associates alike. You are calm

you are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating great pride
and attention to detail in your work and you put people at the heart of every

JOB SUMMARY

As a Evening Public Area Attendant in Housekeeping,
you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and
attractiveness of all public areas in the hotel, including lobbies, hallways,
restrooms, and other guest and employee areas. This role requires a keen eye
for detail, a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to
work efficiently with minimal supervision. Your tasks as a Evening Public Area
Attendant will include but not be limited to:

Maintain the
cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's public areas, including lobbies,
corridors, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms.

·
Provide
assistance to the guests when requested, such as directions or information
about hotel amenities.

·
Follow
detailed task lists and cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned in a
timely manner.

·
Conduct
routine inspections of public areas and identify areas needing attention.

·
Assist
colleagues with cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
