CJP Outreach Services provide social care and support to people with complex needs.
we are looking for staff to support people who have complex health requirements, working in the individual's home and supporting them in the community.
Full training and support will be provided so, if you have the right values we would love to explore this opportunity with you We need staff who are committed, reliable, conscientious and good communicators as these are important traits in the people we are looking for.
