We are currently seeking a Golf Retail Assistant to join Team RockliffeThe Role
Please note we are recruiting for 2 x 16 hour posts. 1 post is permanent, 1 post is until 31/10/2023
The main responsibilities of the role will be (but not limited to):
- To provide a friendly, welcoming and professional service to all guests, members and visitors arriving at the Clubhouse. To consistently deliver exceptional standards of customer service and assist in driving the golf experience at Rockliffe Hall to become recognised as one of the best in the UK.
- To maintain excellent product knowledge of the Golf Operation in order to provide accurate and detailed information to guests and members and proactively upsell at every opportunity.
- To be familiar with Pro Shop merchandise, buggy hire charges, course conditions, green fees and Clubhouse amenities.
- To ensure that the company's pricing policy is adhered to at all times
- To adhere to company procedures for stock control.
- To display excellent communication skills with guests, members and team members at all levels whilst maintaining a level of professionalism at all times.
- To have good knowledge of the stock available in the retail store
- To focus on product displays, stock rotation, upselling opportunities and additional related sales
- Tee sheet management for the golf course, maximising space for member and visitor play
- To ensure all areas of the retail store are immaculately presented, free from debris and fully functional.
- To assist guests and members with any queries or special requests.
