Project Scheduler - UK/EU Locations Available

Job Title: Project Scheduler

Location: Various locations across the UK, France, Germany, and Spain �?

- Remuneration: Competitive daily rate ??

- Contract duration: 6 months ?

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Scheduler to join our client's project team. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and administering construction and facilities projects, ensuring their successful delivery. Your excellent project tracking and management skills, combined with effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, will contribute to the overall success of the projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

?? Scheduling and administering construction and facilities projects.

?? Tracking and monitoring project status and progress.

?? Updating project management tools, specifically Coupra.

?? Managing stakeholders effectively and providing regular project updates.

?? Overseeing inventory management to ensure optimal resource utilisation.

�? Supporting contractors and project teams to achieve high performance.

?? Establishing and maintaining effective scheduling and recording systems for contract work.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

? Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or Project Support Manager.

?? Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as Coupra.

?? Excellent data analysis and project tracking abilities.

?? Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.

?? Familiarity with inventory management processes.
