IT Recovery Technician

• Salary: Up to £25k per annum
• Car Allowance: £3,600 per annum

• Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Mon - Fri

Join our team at the Farnborough recovery center to keep IT services running smoothly during disruptions or disasters. You'll work on both hardware and software maintenance, apply updates, and manage components to prevent issues. Testing disaster recovery plans, running simulations, and responding to incidents swiftly are also crucial tasks.

Collaboration with other IT teams is key to ensure effective disaster recovery strategies and maintaining detailed incident records and documentation.

If you have a Computer Science degree or equivalent, solid IT systems knowledge, and proficiency in monitoring tools, you're a perfect fit. • Degree in Computer Science (or similar)
• Understanding of Intel/Windows Desktop Support
• Fundamental Understanding of Networks, Switches & Routers
• Basic Familiarity with Windows Server Operating Systems
• Willingness to participate in Out-of-Hours call out rotations
• Valid UK Driving License
