The Social Care Assessor will be responsible for using assessment, judgement and decision-making skills with a focus on supporting the adult to manage risk and identify need for support and assistance.
As a Social Care Assessor, you will be responsible for:Conducting assessments of adults at risk
Using assessment, judgement and decision-making skills with a focus on supporting the adult to manage risk and identify need for support and assistance
Providing quality services that promote principles of empowerment to support adults at risk, their carers and advocates to achieve their outcomes
Using knowledge of safeguarding procedures, current legislation and government initiatives to inform practice
Good understanding of the Care Act and the London Multi-Agency Adult Safeguarding Procedures
