We are currently working with a social housing provider with a real focus on developing good quality affordable housing in the south.

We are currently working on a Development Administrator role on a temporary basis for 6 weeks.

This role is fully in office initially, for training and then will be hybrid up to 2 days from home, offering 37.5 hours a week and a competitive hourly rate.

The ideal candidate will have social housing experience and experience working in a customer service environment.

The role will be ideal for candidates with transferable skills acquired from similar roles and a strong understanding of housing, repairs and scheduling.


Below are some duties listed:
Acting as the first point of contact for residents and dealing with enquiries coming into the business via Telephone and email
Supporting the Development Manager and Head of Development
Responded to emails and phone calls from leaseholders and dealing with defects and queries
Involved general admin including drafting correspondence, preparing documentation to be sent to development partners, filing etc
Essential that the individual is confident in a customer facing role, if they've operated in a customer service position that would be ideal as we need someone who is also resilient
