Hosted by Nene Park Trust, the Peterborough Cultural Alliance (PCA) is a small, vibrant, cultural endeavour committed to fostering a dynamic, inclusive and innovative cultural scene across our city.
We are seeking a highly motivated, talented and dynamic person to join our team as a Creative Cultures Leader.In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a range of strategic networks and programmes focused on deep collaboration, innovation in creativity and partnership building and management.
The key focus of this role is about children and young people who are both in/out of school and the adults who work with them.
You will work closely with informal networks, groups and institutions, including where young people spend time, to deliver our cultural strategy, in keeping with the city's needs.
For clarity, whilst Nene Park Trust will be your employer, your work will be that of the Peterborough Cultural Alliance.
