THE GIG
***Reporting into our
Colour and Materials Lead, you will support in delivering seasonal new and innovating material collections by owning all admin tasks associated with the department. Sitting within our fast-growing and dynamic Design team, this is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in material development looking to gain valuable industry experience within an iconic footwear brand.

As our Materials Admin Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Managing material ordering and organisational processes including the organisation of the material library
  • Logging all swatches and samples that are received, ensuring they are organised for the design team
  • Creating and maintaining a trims library and logging existing colours of our current trims (eyelets, laces, heel loops etc)
  • Assisting with relevant tasks related to creative direction and leather and synthetics research across all categories including commercial, research and development, and sustainability
  • Attending material fairs and tannery trade shows for inspiration
  • Assisting with the creation of the seasonal material list and monitoring of material from sourcing through to final sign off/handover
