As part of our Food and Beverage team, you will have a natural way with people, an eye for detail and the drive to maintain and improve standards.

Role Specification:
- Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for guests.
- Interact with guests, taking orders from the bar.
- Serve guests with food and drinks as required, following SOP's.
- Reconcile bar takings at the end of each shift.
- Change barrels and clean beer pipes as and when required.
- Adhere to all licensing regulations as specified by the licensing laws.
- Provide the service of drinks under the current Weights and Measures Act.
- Display professional and positive sales techniques.
Personal Specification:
- Essentials_
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent knowledge and eye for detail in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Good understanding of liquor licencing, food hygiene and quality standards.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
