Reporting to the Policy and Engagement Business Partner, the Employee Experience Advisor will play a key role in ensuring everything we do is assessed through a human lens.

You will be reviewing the employee experience from start to end and at every touch point in between - looking at where we can further build on our culture of inclusion and trust.


Responsibilities:

- examine and assess our employee lifecycle, implementing process improvements, through a lens of the employee experience
- engage with employees and managers across the service to gain 'buy in' and feedback on current and changing processes.

- ability to challenge standard processes and drive improvements
- ability to engage with and influence a range of stakeholders at varying degrees of seniority
- flexibility and adaptability, with an enthusiastic approach and a 'can do' attitude
- ability to look at the wider picture and consider the impact through a human lens

- an ability to identify improvements, promote benefits, and implement change
- ability to continuously evaluate and adapt where necessary.
