You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.


Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organisational growth and performance.

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.


Talent Management:

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development processes to ensure we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.


Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring clear objectives, regular feedback, and career development opportunities for all employees.

Compliance:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
