To manage the inventory levels to target to deliver a best in class service across all channels of distribution (B2B, D2C & Ex-works collections for distributors) for the UK & EMEA markets.

The role provides critical day-to-day operational support to the business managing the communication on stock levels, out of stocks and risk skus whilst maintain the inventory levels within targeted metrics in all 3 3PL warehouses.

Working closely with our Sales team, distributors, Demand Planning and Finance team to ensure our operations are best in class.

Work closely with 3PLs to review all inbound & outbound receipts to ensure they are in line with delivery notes and purchase orders.

Weekly reporting on OOS / OOS Risks and stock in transit.

Once in the UK ensure the right stock is held in the two UK DC's to service the orders being shipped.

Oversee inventory reconciliations at all locations monthly reporting, and financial requirements Reconcile stock between the 3PL and DEAR systems.

Conduct in depth analysis of stock discrepancies and implement process improvements to reduce discrepancies.
Help manage all re-work (set/bundle assembles / EU overlabelling) and manage the costs associated with these.
Report on performance vs targets and highlight issues to management
Work with Global team to ensure stock planned is in line with inventory targets and that stock is expedited/deferred as necessary
Work closely with Line Manager to support with Demand Planning role and cover when necessary as role develops

Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the latest information is always available to supply chain.

Good relationships built with all customer supply & logistics teams globally, fostering a strive-for-excellence attitude

Collaborates with local and global management in the assessment of the strengths and development needs of region and affiliate talent.

Undertake Professional Development activities as outlined in the training & development plan
Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with relevant Acts, legal requirements and ethical standards
Maintain a sound knowledge of the businesses and risks
Ensure compliance and promotes adherence to the Bondi Sands culture, values, policies and standards
Ideally 2/3+ years Supply Chain Planning experience in a beauty / FMCG company
Experience working with mass market distribution and UK retailers
Experience in Inventory management for an omni-channel brand (B2B, B2C & Ex-works collection)
Experience in working with ERP systems, highly desirable experience in implementing / developing an ERP system (ideally SAP)
Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment and manage senior / executive stakeholders (internal regional Head os Function, Global Counterparts and Retailer/Distribution Partners)
Advanced MS office, especially Excel
Good working knowledge of current relevant software systems (DEAR, SAP, warehouse management systems, retailers portals)
Proven ability in managing inventory and service levels
A collaborative partner and an effective communicator who is highly attuned to achieve commercial wins underpinned by operational planning skills
Razor-sharp analytical skills, should have the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data.
Excellent interpersonal, commercial & organizational skills
