About the Job Title:
Are you ready to join as a Customer Remediation & Lending Analyst at Barclays? This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Customer Remediation team in Northampton for a 6-month contract.
Job Description:
- This role is crucial in driving the development and delivery of projects within the Customer Remediation Portfolio. You will collaborate with a team of experts to ensure fair outcomes for customers and the Bank by rectifying past issues efficiently and accurately. Each project will present unique challenges requiring your analytical skills to provide customers with appropriate financial redress promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and solve problems effectively.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to defining populations of impacted customers and designing calculations for financial redress.
- Work on analyzing financial redress outcomes and preparing quality assurance reports.
- Assist in project closure activities to ensure all necessary actions are completed.
Required Skills:
- Numeracy skills in financial products analysis.
- Experience working with data sets and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Interpersonal skills to engage with Key Stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex problems for decision-making.
- Knowledge of Credit-based products management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
