Fourblue is working with an exciting and fast-paced company who are set to become the largest owner-operator of rapid DC charging stations in the UK.

They have already won huge contracts with the likes of McDonalds and Costa Coffee, with a target to install 5,000 EV/Electric Vehicle charging stations across the UK by 2025.

This is an opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to develop their career in the clean energy sector.

As the Wayleave Administrator, you will form part form the legal team, obtaining consent before the sites go to energisation.

• Managing and actively obtaining wayleaves, easements, licences, and substation leases
• Ensuring the correct permissions are in place for projects, including identifying the permissions required
• Create relationships with key DNOs and IDNOs and act as a main point of contract/respond to queries promptly
• Identify the correct landowners and site providers we require permission from by investigating through search providers including HM Land Registry
• Track progress through our systems to ensure we are actively pushing for completions in line with our programmes
• Keep various internal spreadsheets updated as project progress is made and maintain a continuous flow of communication with key stakeholders

• Experience using HM Land Registry to establish land ownership
• Ability to prioritise workload in line with department targets and installation programmes
• Ability to work in a highpressure environment whilst showing resilience
• Knowledge of network consent requirements of the DNOs
• Proficiency in analysing and understanding easement, wayleave and substation documents
• Consistent ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities
