My client is a specialized fast track fit out contractor providing a complete interior design, procurement, delivery, furniture, and visualization package.

They collaborate with various top clients throughout the UK, delivering top-notch services, with project values ranging from £50k to £2m.

With a solid pipeline of diverse and thrilling projects lined up, they are in search of a skilled and talented fit out Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects in Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

As a Quantity Surveyor, some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Efficiently managing project costs from start to finish, ensuring compliance with budgets and financial goals.
  • Supervising the procurement process, involving tendering, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Spotting opportunities for cost reductions and added value.
  • Effectively handling relationships with subcontractors.
  • Identifying and addressing potential risks linked to costs, contracts, and procurement.
  • Producing precise and timely financial reports, forecasts, and cost analyses.
