Job Title Principal Change Analysis for Findings Management Optimisation

Location London

Corporate Title Assistant Vice President

You will focus on strategic audit findings remediation, leveraging Deutsche Bank's established Key Deliverables framework.

The programme is a key enabler for Deutsche Banks's objective to sustainably reduce the number of open audit findings across the Bank and to avoid the issuance of new findings and it has the attention of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board Audit Committee.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support in the design, oversight, implementation, and execution of bankwide Findings Management Remediation topics under the ownership of the Chief Transformation Office (CTO)
  • Engagement across CTO, the Divisional Control Office organisation, Group Audit, Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) and Functions/ Divisions
  • Identification of further improvement opportunities in the Findings Management lifecycle

Your skills and experience

  • Experienced working in a challenging, fastpaced environment, with ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently
  • Proven problem solver, often dealing with time sensitive topics for senior level stakeholders including Management Board
  • Versed well in effectively communicating with and positively influencing bankwide stakeholders and team members
  • Program Management and data analysis experience with attention to details whilst not losing sight of the big picture
  • Ideally Audit or control related background and understanding
