As a Platform Operations Support Engineer at Talon, you'll ensure the smooth operation of the platform's stack by offering technical and functional assistance.
Collaborating with both business and engineering teams to enhance the system.# Work in a shift pattern to support North American users in Eastern Standard Time.
Provide user support, conduct troubleshooting, and contribute to system enhancements to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
You will be working on support tickets that come through via email and service desk portal and also providing help in person.
Training Media owners when requested.Testing and deploying applications.
Keeping application data up-to-date.
Proven experience in an application support role or similar technical position. Agile and DevOps methodologies.
DevOps tools like AWS, Terraform, and Docker in production environments.
Continuous integration/delivery practices and performance scanning tools.
Proficiency in at least one scripting or object-oriented programming language.
Experience with SQL scripting and database servers such as SQL Server and MongoDB.
Internet-based application security practices.
Configuration management, automation, and orchestration tools.
Experience working with Java and MongoDB technologies is a plus.
The team is responsible for providing support for all Talon tech platforms, producing data insights to make business decisions, and supporting Finance users with NetSuite queries.
