This is a unique opportunity for an established Independent Financial Adviser to join a non-PE backed family orientated business supporting common goals with a long-term outlook.

Role descriptionFollowing success over multiple generations my client is looking to expand their IFA team and seek an individual to contribute towards their ongoing journey.

Key objectives and highlightsProvide full holistic, client centric independent advice to private individuals / families and business owners.
Fully independent proposition (passive, active or balanced, in-house or 3rd party). Benefit from in-house business development team for introducer and lead generation. Gain equity share implemented from the start.
Unrivalled bonus validation of 1x validation against salary and benefits.
Bonus paid at 80% on new and ongoing. 1st year bonus guaranteed based on future years projection.
Quality client proposition and fair charging structure.
Technical paraplanning and administration provided by in-house team. Suitable candidates An established Financial Planner/ Adviser with a client following. Ideal candidate will have upwards of £8million AUM to transfer.
