The Role
- Oversee and manage the companies credit control processes
- Opening and maintaining new customer/client accounts
- Setting and monitoring credit limits
- Conducting credit checks
- Raising credit notes, evaluating and processing requests
- Debt chasing and following up on overdue accounts and past invoices
- Applying customer payment onto the accounting software
- Maintaining customer relationships through a high standard of service
The Person
- Experienced within a business to business credit control role
- AAT part or fully qualified would be an advantage
- At least 2 years experience as a credit controller in an accounts/finance office is essential
- Strong and confident in customer service over the phone and email
- CICM qualification would be an advantage
