An immediate full time position has come fruition for a build contractor based near Romsey seeking an experienced Administrator, ideally someone from a construction related background would be useful but not essential.

Duties include;

Raising and receipting orders

Invoice queries and dealing with unmatched invoices

Answer phone and dealing with clients

Raising Job Folders on their internal system

Pushing through jobs on their internal system

Creating child Jobs (internal system)

Maintaining uniform stock levels

Maintaining office stationery levels and consumables

Liaising with suppliers and building relationships

Processing weekly and monthly wages / expenses

Tracking and filing staff and operative holidays

Updating and refreshing fleet information

Notifying of MOTS and services

Sending batch notice letters

Enrolling new starts


They have a very friendly team working environment where there will be plenty of support working for a very large national contractor with over 40 branches nationally.
