The Role


The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the running of all critical day to day systems that enable the business to operate effectively.

Monitoring of Store Compliance, identifying any issues and offering Store Support when needed.

You will report directly to and work closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager and be responsible for assisting and dealing with rota's, annual leave and weekly reports.

Assisting Store managers & logging of maintenance/property issues of our current stores in our portfolio in a precise and timely manner.

Liaising with contractors to ensure that all store issues are dealt with in an agreed timescale.

We are looking for someone with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go that extra mile.

Key Responsibilities will include

  • Organisational Operations
  • Compiling monthly competitor reports
  • Manage administrative functions and systems
  • Assist the General Manager with overall day to day operations
  • Audit checks
  • Rota's
  • Price Yeild Management
  • Annual leave and sickness recording
  • Day to day reporting
  • On call responsibilities
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Annual leave and occasional sickness cover at stores as an when required
  • Customer Feedback
  • Customer Service
Key Attributes

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage various competing priorities. Ability to spot problems and take initiative. You must be proficient at Word, Outlook and Excel. PowerPoint would be useful but not essential.
  • Communicating effectively and clearly with the Operations Team to ensure a consistent approach to all operational tasks.

Hours of Work
40 hours per week

Every other weekend working

Reporting to General Manager/Operations Manager

Starting Salary:
£22,000
