The Interiors House was founded by Benedetta Dall'Olio and Matteo Carrara in London in 2015. Our mission is to transform clients' design ideas into luxurious realities.

With our own factory in Italy specializing in joinery and collaborations with specialist workshops for lighting, upholstery, and other types of furniture, we deliver exceptional and unique pieces.

Having completed over 500 projects, we cater to a range of styles from classical to modern and Art Deco, offering extremely fast lead times.


Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office, including welcoming customers.
  • Perform small bookkeeping tasks, budgeting, and manage billing cycles for the business.
  • Organize meetings and schedule appointments.
  • Perform data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial, and legal information.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment, to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Create and book travel itineraries for business executives, employees, and company needs.
  • Maintain office equipment like copiers and fax machines for smooth office functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a halfhour lunch break.

Pay:
Up to £25,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
