Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Entry-Level Payroll Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for healthcare staff accurately and timely
  • Maintain payroll records and prepare reports as needed
  • Assist with the resolution of payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to streamline payroll processes
  • Support other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is advantageous
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Systems exposure to Xero is advantageous
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
