Role mission:

We are currently seeking a Business Analystto document the process surroundingnew operating models supported by SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Document current and future state operating model for the editorial processes.
  • Document user stories and testing acceptance criteria for all editorial processes.
  • Coordinate with product and technology teams to ensure alignment in the development and testing of all editorial functionality.
  • Produce training guides for editorial team.
What we're looking for:
  • 5 - 10 years' experience designing and delivering new operating models and processes supported by SaaS solutions.
  • A proven track record gathering requirements and user stories for teams of software developers and have been involved in reviewing, testing and documenting the new processes and workflows built as a result.
