The Role

We are an experienced research agency focused solely on the veterinary and companion animal sectors. We have been advising our clients on their brand/product development, performance, positioning, and future facing strategy for over 10 years. Our variety of projects means you'll find the perfect opportunity to thrive in the work you're best at and actively learn about new approaches from the get-go.

We own two panels, Vetspanel & Petspanel, making us the go to agency to reach these audiences directly. We work hard to ensure we are speaking to real people who are interested in speaking to us about their experiences and needs, bringing you, as well as our clients, closer to the individuals behind your recommendations.

  • Manages fieldwork (in some cases working with panel partners) including telephone and in-person interviews, online focus groups and quantitative surveys.
  • Designs research materials (questionnaires, discussion guides, timings, DP specs, stimulus etc.)
  • Cleans data, tabulates using analytical software (SPSS, Q) and charts data to aid interpretation.
  • Communicated effectively and independently with clients on a day-to-day basis.
  • Demonstrates an ability to understand clients' business needs.
  • Participates in client presentations of research outcomes.
  • Programmes, tests and launches quantitative surveys and recruitment surveys for qualitative fieldwork.
  • Analyses data to investigate objectives, contributing to the production of highly visual research reports.
  • Aid in the development of research proposals, getting quotes from suppliers and costing up projects.
  • Has strong writing skills - descriptive and interpretative.
  • Understands what contributes to the overall job profitability.
  • Has excellent time management and organisational skills –efficiency is expected in all tasks.

Your Experience

  • Has to ability to support with all aspects of a project (Quant or Qual) to ensure a timely delivery to clients.
  • Works with client directors to deliver insight and recommendations to clients based on an understanding of the client's business.
  • Has a sound foundation to aid in the development of proposals, with support.
  • Communicates directly with clients on an ongoing basis on all aspects of the research project.
  • Has an in-depth understanding of, or passion for, one or more of our business areas of focus - veterinary, pet owner and animal healthcare.
  • Flourishes in a collaborative, creative and positive working environment where individual ideas can be made a reality.
