In our inbound sales role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our existing policyholders continue to receive the coverage they need while providing them with a seamless and positive experience.

In our inbound sales role at our Manchester Branch you will have the opportunity to make over £34,000 with our uncapped commission structure.

With our comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you excel in your role you will be joining a collaborative and vibrant work environment where your contributions are valued.

Key Responsibilities for our Inbound sales role in Manchester:

  • Engage with our existing policyholders, building strong relationships and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Proactively reach out to policyholders approaching their renewal dates, highlighting the benefits of continued coverage and answering any queries they may have.
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance products that align with our clients' requirements, contributing to their overall coverage and security.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, showcasing your ability to connect with customers and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and inform customers effectively.
  • Strong negotiation abilities to address objections and retain policyholders.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp the details of our insurance products and convey their benefits to customers.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset to address customer concerns with care.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the determination to meet and exceed retention targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple interactions and tasks efficiently.
