Some of the responsibilities for a Registered Home Manager will include;*Becoming Registered with Ofsted to manage the home.*Ensuring all home is managed to a high standard in line with Ofsted legislation.*Ensuring all staff are recruited, and supervisions and reviews are conducted .*To liaise with all outside agencies building relationships new and existing.*To provide support to all children within their home.
As a registered children's home manager you will need to have previously been within a similar position and have been previously registered as a managed with Ofsted.
