Job Summary

Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Surgical Nursing team at Spire St Anthony Hospital. Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage the health and well-being of patients across a complex and changing caseload.
  • Support the delivery of care to meet the needs of patients, promoting best practice and contributing to quality improvements.
  • Collect, collate, and organize data, interpreting information to make informed assessments and recommendations.
  • Lead and support a team of nursing professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
  • Experience within an acute setting, preferably in a surgical ward environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
