We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team at our Mallusk facility.

PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER (TL3-24)


In this challenging role, you will directly report to a Production/Business Unit Manager, therefore, we require someone with strong leadership, analytical, teamwork, and influencing capabilities.


As a Team Leader, your role will involve:

  • Supervising a team of Production, including training, Health & Safety, cleanliness, quality, performance evaluations, projects, and disciplinary actions;
  • Overseeing daily production to meet targets and schedules, monitoring the performance of production lines;
  • Monitoring employee performance and development;
  • Ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications through effective quality control measures and adherence to company quality procedures;
  • Identifying and resolving production issues promptly;
  • Maintaining accurate production records, reports, and documentation as required by company policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Having ability to work flexible hours and shifts as required to meet production demands and support business needs.

Your qualifications and skills:

  • At least 2+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role;
  • Experience working within a fastpaced manufacturing environment;
  • Possess strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel;
  • Showcase a proven track record of planning, scheduling, and monitoring performance;
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication, interpersonal, and reporting abilities.
  • An NVQ Level III in Management or a recognised management qualification is desired, however, it is not essential.
