Divisional Business Manager

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious candidate to join the Surgical Divisional Team as a Business Manager on a six month secondment. You will work closely with the Divisional Operational Managers and assist in the delivery of internal and external quality standards, ensuring our patients receive treatment in the most timely way possible.
Main duties of the job
You will work with specialties in the Division, Nursing, Medical and Administration staff. You will keep close working relationships with the other Business Managers and Business Support Managers.
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, be flexible and have an appetite for learning new skills, processes and the ability to write Business Cases for the Division. Experience with RTT is preferable but not essential, as is experience of having line managed staff in the past. A good working knowledge of IPM, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is key.
