Day Shift Support Worker Position

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing practical support to clients with daily tasks and activities during daytime hours. Assisting with personal care needs, always ensuring dignity and respect. Supporting clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities tailored to nighttime care. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Previous UK care experience. PVG for Adults (Update required through ASA). Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of clients during night shifts.
