Engineering Project Director - Wastewater Infrastructure

GHD, a leading engineering and consulting firm, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Engineering Project Director specializing in Wastewater. Primary Functions: Engineering Project Director - Wastewater Infrastructure will play a key role in providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in wastewater engineering. This individual will be responsible for guiding project teams, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of GHD's wastewater practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in the planning, design, and delivery of wastewater projects.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Lead business development initiatives, contributing to the growth of the wastewater practice.

  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other technical leaders within GHD to enhance cross-disciplinary project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Civil or related field or equivalent.
  • Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer.
  • Experience in wastewater engineering.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering wastewater projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
