About the Role:

A respected mainstream secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor for a long-term position starting from September 2024 and running until April 2025.

This role is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position who are passionate about education and committed to maintaining high standards of student learning and behavior.


Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and on task.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classroom behavior effectively.
Support students in their learning and development.
Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the overall educational environment

Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Cover Supervisor.
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability
